Compass Informatics is hosting its inaugural GeoIntelligence 2025 event at the stunning Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire, and it promises to be a day packed with insights, innovation, and networking.

Compass Informatics is delighted to host our valued clients and partners at the inaugural GeoIntelligence 2025 event. We’ve eagerly prepared for this day, and we’re thrilled to welcome you on Friday, April 4th, 2025, from 9:30am at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire.

This gathering, our first GeoIntelligence event, is designed to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among our esteemed network. We’ve curated a day packed with insightful talks, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, all centred on exploring innovative GeoIntelligence solutions for sustainable communities within the public sector.

On the day we will hear from leading organisations, including the National Transport Authority, Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine, and the Marine Institute, as we delve into advancements in data, GIS, and application development and their impact on creating thriving communities.

  • 10:30 AM: – Theme 1: Data Management Innovations

Hear from the Marine Institute, National Biodiversity Data Centre, and Department of Housing on the importance of data and innovations in data management to support action and decision making.

 
  • 11:30 AM: Theme 2: Innovations in Data Analysis

Hear from DAFM and the NTA on how they’ve used innovative methods for data analysis, modelling, and visualisation to understand and communicate change in our urban and rural communities.

 
  • 2:00 PM: Theme 3: Innovations in Systems Development

Outlining the systems and technologies used to manage public services for positive community outcomes, we’ll hear of innovative developments in forestry, roads management, and water utilities.

 
  • 3:00 PM: Theme 4: Sustainable Communities

Presenting how innovative data and technologies are used to make meaningful change in local communities.


This event will be a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and contribute to the future of sustainable communities. It also provides us all with a space to discuss openly, challenges and new solutions.
